Avon Old Farms Townhouses

This custom built town homes are located at 500 Old Farms Road in Avon. The total finished square footage of the building is 8,800 square feet. Because work could only take place, in between the end and start of a new school year, we had only 11 weeks to finish the project.

These town homes are Energy Star Certified version 3.0 with a 59 HERS rating. Materials for these town homes include:

• There are 6 attached town homes that are 1,200 sq. ft each. Two of them have finished basements with a full bathroom, laundry room, bedroom and play area
