David integrates the power of innovative design expertise with aspirations and suggestions of the homeowner, to produce a truly unique creation. Plan development is an integral part of the home building journey. David works one-on-one with clients to design a home from the ground up — even assisting in the interior selections to successfully interpret and reflect their vision.

Planning is essential before new construction or home remodeling begins. LMT Custom Homes LLC embodies elegant, comfortable family living that stems from an understanding of the elements essential for diverse lifestyles. Interior Design

Upon entering, you will find beautiful interior design with finishes that accentuate a well-designed floor plan and creative use of space. Interior moldings and woodwork are our specialty including beamed and coffered ceilings, wainscoting, paneled libraries and staircases and built-in shelving. Quality, comfort, and value are as visible as the brick and mortar. Our passion for homebuilding makes it imperative that each of the homes we build conveys a spirit of trust, competence, and personal service that survives long after the initial delivery.
